Moving Forward offers individual and small group sessions for those interested in achieving higher levels of fitness through strength and conditioning programs. We will be happy to sit down with you and individualize a program. We prefer training movement patterns and not muscles, choosing multiple joint-type lifts and Olympic-style lifts as well.
