1.    Technique Improvement Sessions (Live Coaching)

This is the preference of Moving Forward.  We want to see our athletes as much as possible.  Implementing any training plan is part of the process, but without trying to improve your technique (regardless of discipline), your performance will not reach its potential.

We offer video analysis for swim, bike, and run sessions.  Just let us know, it is included in the session rate.

2.    Performance and Benchmark Testing

We will measure your fitness and performance levels

  • time trials for any discipline
  • power-based cycling tests
  • lactate threshold testing along with heart rate response testing

3.    Training Plans for Endurance Races

Training plans are sent digitally (typically every 4-6 weeks) and will be changed/updated as necessary.  Training plans always include unlimited email or text messaging.

The most frequently asked question is “How much do you charge?”

  • If you want to just get your feet wet, individual session rates are $60 per hour – we will determine what the schedule of sessions will be via our initial goal assessment and consultation
  • If you are looking for a long-term relationship (minimum 6 months), monthly fees start at $250 – this is for any level of athlete who is looking for weekly assistance.  Also includes:
    • Three live sessions per month (30-120 minutes each)
      • live sessions do not carry over from month to month
    • Unlimited digital communication
    • Weekly training plan updates
